Directions for Use:
- Recommended Daily Dose: One capsule to be taken daily after food with a cold drink. Not to be chewed.
- Winter Dose: Two capsules a day.
Cautions and Warnings:
- To be swallowed whole
- Not suitable for children under 12 years
- Store below 25°C in a dry place out of direct sunlight
- Keep out of sight and reach of children
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage
